Bought this for my 6-year-old and the 4 mph top speed is perfect, fast enough to feel exciting but I'm not sprinting to keep up. The lean-to-steer took him maybe ten minutes to get the hang of, and now he's zooming around the driveway like he's been doing it for years.

My nephew figured out the lean-to-steer in about two minutes flat, and now he’s zipping around the driveway at that 4 mph top speed like he's been riding for years. The battery holds up for a good long play session before we need to plug it back in, which is a win in my book.

The lean-to-steer mechanism clicked with my kid almost immediately, and they were zipping around the driveway within ten minutes of unpacking. It feels sturdy enough to handle daily use, and the 4 mph speed is quick enough to be exciting without making me nervous.
